Homes' popular develop ment at Springfield Downs, Lowerhouse, Burnley - insisted on finishing comple tion paper work for a couple buying a home when she went into labour with her
first childl And her satisfied cus
tomers, Donna and Darren Dunkley, welcomed dedi cated Jan and her new baby daughter, Megan, as special guests of honour after they moved into their brand new four bedroomed detached home on Sweetclough
Drive. Jan, of Harwood, Bolton,
added the finishing touches to the sales deal for the Dunkleys while her contrac tions became more fre- (luont. She went home as usual at 5 p.m. and her part ner, Geoff Johnson, drove her to the Princess Royal Maternity Unit at Bolton Royal Hospital. Megan, weighing in at 61b. 5oz. arrived at 2-05 a.m. the fol lowing morning. Said Jan: "1 think I must
have been a little naive, because I didn't realise that my waters had broken. I did got pains throughout the day, but put them down to
practice contractions, not the real thing, because Megan wasn't due for another four weeks. "They just got worse and
worse. When I finally arrived at the hospital, they told mo I was in labour - and Megan arrived a few
hours latorl" Jan's professionalism w:is
such that the Dunkleys did n't suspect a thing, and wore
eriually surprised by Megan’s early appearance. "Jan told us that Megan
wasn't duo for another month, so wo were quite
taken aback when we found out she'd arrived only hours after her mum had complet ed the paper work on our new home," said mum-of- four Donna. "Obviously we were delighted to hear the good nows, and wish Jan every happiness in the
future." The Dunkleys moved
into their homo a t the beginning of April, and Jan plans to return to work after maternity leave. She has worked for Boazer for almost two years, based at The Hedgerows in Leyland
and The Green, Cottam, before switching to Spring-
field Downs. Added Richard Tuke,
sales and marketing direc tor for the region: "Here at Beazor, we are understand ably proud of the profes sionalism and commitment of our team of sales execu tives. Like all her colleagues, Jan is obviously happy to go the extra mile for our valued
customers." Pictured are Beazer sides executive and proud mum
