THE search is on for people to help a project which will offer structured, creative play
activities for children. It is being run three days a week during the school
holidays at Trinity Youth and Community Centre, Clitheroe, jointly by the centre and Ribble Valley
Volunteer Bureau. Disabled as well as able bodied children will be
involved, and the project offers an opportunity for anyone interested in similar work to obtain training
and a certificate in playscheme practice. “The more volunteers we have, the better the
scheme will be for the children,” says Mr Geoff Jack-
son, Trinity Centre manager. “They need not have had any experience, and can
arrange to come for one, two or three days a week. ^ Chris Sivers, Volunteer Bureau organiser, said:

sessions.” Anyone interested in this or other volunteer oppor
