The role involves training and recruiting volunteers and upholding high standards ot quality and presentation. This demands strong organisational/communication skills and. ideally, some retail sales experience. Excellent training is provided and we encourage career development through our management structure. You should also have the flexibility and commitment to work additional voluntary hours lo ensure the success ol the shop.


We require you lo work a flexible 16 hour week and otter an initial annual salary ol £2,770, together with a monthly bonus lor achievement ot sales target. 5 weeks holiday and Lile Assurance.
