For research project in Edith Watson Maternity Unit, Burnley General Hospital, studying fetal growth characteristics in relation to perinatal mortality. The work will involve collecting data by interviews, abstracting hospital records ana measuring babies after birth. Working hours will be flexible, but will involve working some weekend mornings.


Applicants should be resourceful, and, after initial training in research methods, be able to work unsupervised. They must be meticulous in record keeping.
