• The last time we visited Berry's Chairworks at Chipping was 10 years ago when things were very quiet. It's good to see them working to full strength again. Our new tables and chairs are ordered and will be arriving early April.
• The new toilets are nearing completion, despite
having to chase back and forth to Preston to get the correct floor tiles.
■ We are pleased to announce the preliminary
date for te-opening, April 14th, if the carpet arrives on time.
• We say goodbye to the decorators today — having done as much as possible with the time and
conditions allowed. Now local decorator Andrew Wilson will be moving in to finish off. (Apologies to Sid for getting his name wrong).
• We hope you have a happy Easter and good egg hunting. CAR BOOT SALE Langroyd Hall, Colne
