death and triumph over evil is one which has inspired artists, writers and composers for centuries, and is a story which offers hope tor all people. Christians or otherwise. We cannot help but marvel at the story of that amazing man


The Easter Story of courage, betrayal, suffering, forgiveness,


who was deserted by his closest friends, beaten, spat upon, taunted with insults, whipped and tortured, then stripped and nailed to a wooden cross where he was left to die. All this was done, watched and urged on by the very people whom he came to help and whom he loved. Yet having sufferod the agonies and insults at the hands of the


people to whom he gave his life and time, his last words to them were: "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." Even so, Christ still loved them, and this is the main point of the Easter Story: love will triumph. What I believe the Easter Story has to show us, whether you
