Convictions quashed


AN appeal by a Billington motor cyclist against two motoring convictions has been upheld at Preston Crown Court. Clitheroe magistrates convicted Philip Richard Hornby (20) of Meadow Close,. of driving without due care and not obeying traffic signals, and fined him £75 when he ap­ peared before them in March.
