Notice is hereby given that the Lancashire County Coun­ cil propose to make an Order unaer Section 1 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1967, as amended and by Section 1 of the Heavy Commercial Vehicles (Controls and Regu­ lations) Act, 1973, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause any heavy commercial vehicle the unla­ den weight of which exceeds 3 tons, to proceed, except for certain exemptions whicn are set out in the Order, on any of the roads within the bound­ ary of the Bashall Zone formed by the lengths of road and other lines specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
