Notice is hereby given that the Lancashire County Coun cil propose to make an Order unaer Section 1 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1967, as amended and by Section 1 of the Heavy Commercial Vehicles (Controls and Regu lations) Act, 1973, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause any heavy commercial vehicle the unla den weight of which exceeds 3 tons, to proceed, except for certain exemptions whicn are set out in the Order, on any of the roads within the bound ary of the Bashall Zone formed by the lengths of road and other lines specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
