Forgetful driver fined
A VAN driver who failed to produce his driving documents after being stopped by the police was fined a total of £45 by Clitheroe magistrates.- Charles Martin Briggs
(21), of Salthill Terrace, Clitheroe, admitted failing to produce insurance ant test certificates, failing,to produce a driving licence and having no test certifi cate. He was fined £15 for
each. Chief Insp. Tom Sumner
said Briggs was stopped by police in Clitheroe Road, Chatburn. and asked to produce .his documents within five days. When he failed to do so
