EnerMech Scales up Technical Team for Large Projects Following Successful First Quarter
Integrated solutions specialist, EnerMech, has bolstered its technical capabilities by appointing a new valve operations manager and three subject matter experts to its team. The news comes following the company’s announcement of a successful first quarter, reporting 71% higher revenue year on year, from existing client work and new projects. The new hires enhance and strengthen EnerMech’s existing maintenance and engineering expertise across a wide range of industries. Joining the company’s resources are, Alan Venters (Operations Manager, Valves), John Anthony (Subject Matter Expert, Valves), Peter Rhodes (Subject Matter Expert, Process) and Steven Wallace (Subject Matter Expert, On-Site Machining Services).
EnerMech’s Regional Director for Europe, Carl Mook, said: “Our personnel have delivered an exceptional performance throughout Q1 supporting the business as it continues to be the contractor of choice. With a collective global industry experience of 100 years, the four new hires will join the UK business to support the delivery of niche individual services to fully extend the company’s integrated contracts, supporting new pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance and shut-down services across new and existing markets.

IMCA Appoints New Marine Renewable Energy Technical Adviser
The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) welcomes Rhys Jones as Technical
Adviser, Marine Renewable Energy.
Rhys brings a wealth of offshore wind energy experience to IMCA, having worked for RenewableUK for 12 years as Head of Technical Affairs. This involved a strong focus on health, safety, and regulatory compliance in the offshore wind sector. Rhys has managed numerous industry committees in developing various best-practice guidance documents in the offshore wind industry in much the same way as IMCA’s operating model.
Mark Ford, IMCA’ Marine & Quality Manager stated: “Following the retirement this year of Captain Andy Goldsmith, we welcome Rhys to the team and look forward to him leading IMCA’s Marine Renewable Energy Committee and addressing the many opportunities ahead in this rapidly developing industry.

Celeros Flow Technology Appoints New Sales Director for M&J Valve
Celeros Flow Technology (Celeros FT) has appointed Ahmed Marzouk in the position of Sales Director (Americas) for its renowned M&J Valves brand.
Based at the M&J Valve manufacturing site in Houston, Texas, Ahmed will be responsible for driving M&J Valve’s strategic growth plan for new equipment and aftermarket sales across the Americas. The role encompasses driving increased customer demand through developing and managing relationships with end users, channel partners, strategic accounts and EPCs.
