Turn up the Voltage for Negroni Week
The power of the negroni has been switched up a level with a new cocktail from Brockmans Gin in time for Negroni Week.
Introducing the Brockmans Voltage Negroni: a new twist on a ‘proper’ negroni using ‘The Properly Improper Gin’. Here, the citrus and dark berries that are naturally present in the gin are complemented with the intriguing taste of coffee-infused Campari. Like Brockmans itself, this is a nod to the classic with just three ingredients. Simple to make in a busy venue, yet complex in taste, a Voltage Negroni is a deliciously different way to spark the ‘aperitivo’ moment of an Autumn evening.
Voltage Negroni 30ml Brockmans Gin
30ml Homemade Cold Brew Campari 30ml Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth GARNISH: ORANGE PEEL AND 3 BLUEBERRIES
To make the Homemade Cold Brew Campari: pour fresh coffee grounds
into a Kilner or Mason jar and top with Campari. Let it infuse for 15+ minutes. Strain through a coffee filter. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a glass over one large ice ball or ice cube.
Garnish with a skewer of orange peel and blueberries.
