HAPPY NEW ‘HAIR’! As we start the New Year it’s time to shake things up and make resolutions to keep your hair in tip top shape for the whole of 2025.


The new year is the perfect time to start fresh and prioritise self-care, however, one area that often gets neglected is hair care. With the right approach, you can achieve healthy and luscious locks throughout the year. In this article, I will share some essential tips on how to take care of your hair this new year.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR 2025


1. Stick to a Regular Haircare Routine: Consistency is key when it comes to hair care. Set a regular routine that includes washing, conditioning, and styling your hair. Choose hair products that are suitable for your hair type and avoid using excessive heat or harsh chemicals. Make sure that all your salon appointments are booked for the year noting key special events in advance.


2. Keep Your Scalp Clean and Healthy: You all should know my mantra by now that hair care is the SCALP as well as the hair. A healthy scalp is the foundation for healthy hair. Regularly cleanse your scalp to remove dirt, excess oil, and product buildup. Use a gentle shampoo and massage your scalp while washing to stimulate blood circulation.
