Partnership Between Sypro Risk Manager And Hull City AFC

Sypro Risk Manager is proud to have EFL Championship football club, Hull City using our stadium management software solution. By using Risk Manager, Hull City is able to manage its assets compliantly across the main stadium and training sites all from one easy to use platform.

Risk Manager is a cost-effective way for

stadium managers and operatives to review, detect and manage areas most at risk within their operations – and address them in good time. Work such as a floodlight maintenance or a reactionary seat repair can be allocated to individuals to complete and mitigate risk.

The system keeps this simple to do through easy-to-use functionality and workflows that are housed in one central cloud-based system.

“Clients have their own unique requirements and Hull City AFC is no different. Its needs vary compared to other football clubs and are even different between the training ground and stadium. The use of Risk Manager and a central system will help to streamline communication issues around the stadium and between teams – as well as across both sites as a collective.

“Crucially, the use of Risk Manager will allow the operations team to review, detect and manage the key areas that propose any risk – and to address them and allocate the work necessary to mitigate those risks before they become bigger and more costly down the line.”

Josh Mitchell

Hull City’s operations team use our asset, compliance and maintenance modules to streamline ways of working through a central system. This allows multiple users to track projects and workflows as well as prioritising tasks to better manage budgets.

Josh Mitchell, Head of Sales for Sypro Risk Manager, said: “We’re proud to have Hull City using our software to help effectively manage the stadium and training ground with all the right functionality to cope with the varied activities that take place across the estate.

The system allows organisations to keep on top of regular maintenance through simple management, customisable schedules, allowing for easy allocation of tasks, and robust process

tracking to minimise maintenance costs across multiple sites. It also ensures that the review, approval, and auditing processes are managed effectively for every task, mitigating any legal risks for the organisation.

Paul Woodford, Head of Operations, at Hull City AFC,

Stadium Management Company operates a busy stadium, training ground facility and academy, with numerous challenges to manage on a daily basis, across all three of its sites, including the MKM Stadium.

We needed a system that would allow multiple users to track workflow and projects, as well as a central management tool to help us prioritise work and track budgets accordingly. Sypro is a versatile system, and the team were very straightforward and professional to deal with – crucial when we’re implementing a new system in such a fast-paced environment.
