Workplace Design Show
Crafting The Future Of Workspaces: Workspace Design Show Returns To London
From 25th–26th February 2026, the Business Design Centre in London will once again become the epicentre of workplace innovation as the Workspace Design Show returns. It is the UK’s leading exhibition dedicated to workplace interiors, providing a yearly inspiration, ideas and a powerhouse of knowledge on how people, place, and purpose converge to define the future of work.
With over 5,000 attendees expected, more than 500 innovative workplace products, and upwards of 120 thought-provoking speakers, the 2026 edition will bring together facilities managers, occupiers, architects, designers, and developers. Workspace Design Show offers a unique opportunity to explore transformative ideas, connect with industry leaders, and shape strategies that deliver functional, sustainable, and inspiring work environments.
A hallmark of the show is its world-class conference programme, where delegates can hear directly from those reshaping the built environment. The Workspace Design Talks bring together leading architects and designers to explore the design trends that directly impact workplace operations. Sustainability Works focuses on carbon reduction, material reuse, and environmental resilience, offering practical examples of how to deliver measurable results. The Occupiers Forum: The View from HQ is an occupier-led programme offering insight into how businesses are using space to
create engaging employee experiences. Complementing
these is the FIS Conference, which serves as a platform for the latest thinking from the finishes and interiors sector, with highly relevant takeaways for facilities and fit-out teams. Together these programmes deliver more than 38 sessions across two days, great for facilities managers to gather ideas, strategies, and inspiration.
For facilities managers in particular, the event has become essential. The workplace is no longer just about efficient operations. Today’s FM leaders are at the heart of shaping environments that boost employee wellbeing, productivity, and retention. The show presents an unparalleled chance to engage with new design solutions ranging from ergonomic furniture and acoustic systems to lighting innovations and hybrid technology tools. Attendees will gain insights from occupiers and developers on how leading organisations are re-imagining their workspaces,
alongside
practical strategies for managing facilities that are sustainable, cost-effective, and future-ready. At a time when organisations are striving to balance flexible working, energy efficiency, and employee experience, Workspace Design Show provides tangible pathways to achieve these goals.
