“In late 2017 I found myself out of work. This was a defining moment as I asked myself ‘who am I?’ I truly wanted to become a full-time artist and jumped off, free falling, not knowing where I’d land, nor how hard. I gave myself 12-18 months to take my art to the next level, working art 60 hours per week, studying, exhibiting, learning. “Fifteen months into my journey I was accepted
into the big art show at The Calgary Stampede with my very own booth. A scary moment, but after a successful first showing, I knew I had landed in the field I had been predestined for.”
