Each painting brings her closer and closer to nature. It was a full circle moment when she was juried into being an artist in the same Stampede artist studio, years later. Her paintings are vivid with many layers of
glazing to give the impression of depth and distance. When painting water her goal is to be able to gaze through the depths of the water and see the rocks or the rapids that it is flowing over.
