ONE QUESTION, THREE ANSWERS

What did you want to be before you decided you wanted to be a Doctor of Chiropractic?

RILEY MCCORMICK 3RD TRIMESTER, PALMER MAIN

I’ve aspired to be many things, including farmer, entrepreneur, landscape architect, music therapist, financial analyst and public administrator. After earning my MPA and working in public finance, I still felt like I was missing something deeply fulfilling in my day-to-day work. Having been a college athlete, I was familiar with and interested in health care but unsure of where my personal holistic approach fit into modern-day medicine. Chiropractic allows me the opportunity to integrate my many interests and serve my community.

OLIVIA BARON-CLARKE 4TH QUARTER, PALMER FLORIDA

I’ve learned dreams can drive intention. My time as a professional dancer led me on a pathway toward a rewarding career in public health. But I was inspired to extend my reach even further. Health care is about making people better, and my affinity for helping others is why I know becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic is how I can truly make a difference.

GREGORY NELSON 10TH QUARTER, PALMER WEST

Two years ago, I was working full time as an accountant for a large public company, pursuing my CPA. Through the support of my loved ones and the mentorship of my family’s chiropractor, Curt Rindal, D.C., a Palmer West graduate, I made the decision to switch careers and pursue my chiropractic journey. I was motivated by a desire for a professional experience that would enable me to help people achieve optimal health and relief from their pain — just as Dr. Rindal has provided for my mom.
