With the system certification ISO 13485 and the implementation of the EU-GMP guidelines 1 and 2 granted, VP Medical Packaging’s clean room production manufacturing standards have been certified, proving that it meets today’s demands. The requirements of national and international standards and laws for medical devices form the basis for the development and manufacturing of VP’s products. Its sterile barrier systems and packaging materials, manufactured as medical devices, are regularly
tested by accredited bodies for compliance with the applicable requirements of the ISO 11607 and EN 868 standards. These regular and documented tests are an important proof of the safety and quality that VP provides to its customers, and which VP’s customers can claim for their own medical devices. The wide assortment of VP Medical Packaging includes paper, non-woven material, DuPont Tyvek for flat packaging (4SS), form fill seal packaging (FFS) as rollstock and lid, as well as pouches and reels.
