Kilduff Underground Engineering Todd Kilduff, P.E., has been involved in the design and construction of underground projects in the U.S. for over 30 years. He has worked for geotechnical firms as well as large general contractors nationwide, providing Todd a unique understanding of the design and constructability of underground construction projects. Northwest Laborers-Employers Training Trust (NWLETT) The Northwest Laborers-Employers Training Trust is an accredited institution granted by the Council on Occupational Education. Comprehensive laborers’ training programs, taught by ANSI- Certified Instructors, lead to a safer and more dependable workforce. Safety Hazard Awareness for Tunnels (SHAFT) is a 40-hour classroom course consisting of a blend of classroom discussion and use of materials and mock-ups focusing on basic tunnel safety. The 40-hour Tunnel Rail Course details the tools, vocabulary, procedures and equipment required to assemble and disassemble a ring steel-lagging tunnel. The 40-hour Tunnel Utilities Course details tools and vocabulary, hazard analysis and installation and disassembly of utilities, conveyor systems and walkways.
