Tor Lønnum appointed new CFO of Statkraft
Statkraft has appointed Tor Lønnum as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Lønnum brings more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience from Nordic and international companies, including CFO roles in regulated, capital- intensive and customer-oriented businesses. “I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Tor Lønnum as the new CFO of Statkraft. Tor has broad strategic, financial and leadership experience as both CEO, deputy CEO and CFO in leading Norwegian and international corporations and I am confident that Tor will be a strong contributor to Statkraft’s success going forward”, said Birgitte Ringstad Vartdal, President and CEO of Statkraft AS. Skuterud in the role. Skuterud, EVP People, Organisation and Sustainability, has served as acting CFO since 1 January 2026 following the resignation of Anna Nord Bjerke. The recruitment process was initiated in December 2025 and led by Korn Ferry, combining search and open applications. “I am very much looking forward to joining Statkraft, a company that plays a critical role in Europe’s energy system and in the development of Norway’s renewable resources. Lønnum, a Norwegian national born in 1967, joins from Kverva, where he served as CFO from 2022 and CEO from 2023. Prior to that, he was CFO and a member of the executive committee at Falck (2017–2022). He has also held CFO roles at Tryg and
Tryg Forsikring AS (2011–2016), and served as CFO and deputy CEO of Gjensidige (2003–2011). In addition, he was CFO of Aimia 2016 to 2017..
KCB appoints senior engineering geologist to Brisbane team
Klohn Crippen Berger (KCB) has appointed Rachael Naidoo as a Senior Engineering Geologist in its Brisbane-based geotechnical engineering team.

Naidoo holds a BSc Honours degree in Geological Sciences from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where she specialised in engineering and environmental geology. She is a professionally registered engineering geologist with 17 years of experience in the geotechnical sector. Her experience spans civil, mining, infrastructure and waste management projects across South Africa, as well as in Ghana, Namibia, Swaziland and Mozambique. Her work has included site investigations and characterisation studies, geotechnical interpretation and the development of design recommendations for multidisciplinary teams. Naidoo also brings experience in assessing and remediating sinkholes in karst environments. She has recently relocated to Australia to join KCB and will contribute to both local and international projects from the Brisbane office.
Kleinschmidt’s Dana Postlewait Receives Pamela E. Klatt Award
The Northwest Hydroelectric Association has named Dana Postlewait, P.E., of Kleinschmidt Associates as a recipient of the Pamela E. Klatt Award, recognising his long-term contribution to the hydropower sector in the Pacific Northwest. The Pamela E. Klatt Award honours the legacy of environmental planner Pamela Klatt, whose work focused on advancing hydropower development while protecting river ecosystems. The award is presented to individuals who demonstrate sustained leadership, collaboration and commitment to responsible hydropower development. Postlewait has worked in water resources engineering for more than four decades and has contributed to hydropower and fisheries projects across the Pacific Northwest. His work has involved integrating engineering, environmental science and regulatory coordination to develop solutions intended to support energy reliability alongside environmental protection. During his career, he has worked on projects aimed at improving river systems, enhancing fish passage and supporting hydropower operations that consider ecological factors as well as operational requirements. In addition to his technical work, Postlewait
is recognised within the industry for mentoring engineers and fisheries professionals.
Colleagues in the hydropower and water resources sectors credit his guidance and willingness to share knowledge as influential in their professional development. “This recognition reflects the technical
and interpersonal leadership Dana has demonstrated throughout his career,” said Trevor Lykens, Chief Operations Officer at Kleinschmidt Associates. “His intelligence, humility, and optimism consistently shine in complex environments – bringing people together, navigating challenges, and advancing solutions that balance ecological, social, operational, and financial goals. recognises Postlewait’s decades of work with clients, communities and industry stakeholders across the region.
Black & Veatch appoints Gregory Lewis as chief strategy officer
Black & Veatch has appointed Gregory Lewis as chief strategy officer (CSO), based at its headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, US. In the role, Lewis will lead the company’s
enterprise-wide strategy function, overseeing the development and execution of long-term growth strategies across its sectors, solutions and regions. He will work with executive leadership on strategic planning, portfolio optimisation, innovation and mergers and acquisitions. Lewis brings more than 20 years of
experience across corporate strategy, management consulting, M&A and operational leadership in the energy, utilities, industrials and chemicals sectors. Prior to joining Black & Veatch, Lewis
worked as an independent strategy consultant advising clients in industrial, energy and chemical industries. He previously held senior strategy and business development roles at Eastman Chemical Company, where he led enterprise strategic planning and supported M&A activities. Earlier in his career, he served as North American Head of Strategy and M&A at Signify, and worked with Strategy& in its utilities and power practice, advising North American utilities on growth strategy, M&A and operational transformation. Lewis will report to Patrick Hogan, chief business evolution officer.
