COMANSA LUFFER DEBUTES IN CHINA Navarra, Spain-headquartered flat-top and luffing jib tower crane manufacturer Comansa has debuted its most recent model of luffing crane, the CML800, in China. To mark the occasion Comansa hosted a factory tour, a crane demonstration and a launch ceremony.

LTC USES SAEZ LUFFERS ON OCTAGONAL RESIDENT BUILDING UK crane company London Tower Crane Hire & Sales (LTC) has been commissioned by UK contractor Midgard, part of UK construction firm JRL Group, to provide two Saez luffing jib tower cranes, each standing at a height of 120m, to help build the first octagonal high-rise residential building in the world. The cranes, a Saez SL 320 and a Saez SLH 205-R, each stand at a height of 120m and are both equipped with DCS 61-S anti-collision systems from French company AMCS. The DCS 61-S system ensures the segregation of construction works with public infrastructure whilst its zoning element prevents any oversailing of the site boundary.
