● Working Principle: Bulk Soda Ash is transported from vertical silos by rubber band conveyors, and transferred to the Tripper Car belt conveyor. Tripper Car, which can move back and forth (reversible), transfers this material to the elevator on the shiploader. The elevator, which carries the soda ash vertically, transfers it to the intermediate belt, the intermediate belt transfers this material to the loading arm that can move vertically and/or horizontally. The Telescopic Pouring Chute, which can move back and forth by means of a hydraulic piston loads the soda ash into the ship’s deck in piles.

300 TON / HOUR LOADING CAPACITY MOBILE SHIPLOADER This product is also fully designed and built by BVS R&D CENTER ENGINNERING TEAM. It has a 300 ton/hour capacity. There are rubber tyres in the front section and pallets at the back. Horizontal Transportation Distance is 34,4mt, Vertical Transportation Distance: 10,3mt. It is working on a diesel generator. It has proved to be very convenient and easy to use and gives great flexibility to the port operators.
20 TON AND 45 TON DOCK CRANES IN THE DRY DOCK IN NORTH-WESTERN TURKEY The design and implementation story has started by an old customer’s new “dry dock investment”. Based on a contract for the production of a national warship for the Turkish Navy. It approached its solution partner and reliable manufacturer BVS CRANES which it has known for years. The result has been satisfactory just like its purchases in Steel Mills in the last decade. Throughout the years, besides the Navy
requests, energy ships, offshore vessels, chemical tankers, coasters, commercial container vessels have been served in this new dry dock in North-Western Coast of Turkey.

cranes have been designed and commissioned initially and 2 units 45 ton capacity followed in 2021. With the special boom design, apart from standard applications, a boom with original

Considering high environmental awareness and occupational safety, it meets international requirements. As the dry dock pier gantry crane will have a very high weight capacity, unique bogie design for stable operation has been made.
