SHOW PREVIEW | TOC AMERICAS
enables users to measure terminal productivity KPIs with real-time data for container throughput and gate performance – and also to improve compliance and reporting. Its flagship N4 platform will schedule workload in an optimal way to increase efficiency. It helps take the guesswork out of how many RTGs are needed for a given shift, thanks to optimal resource planning. It also provides multiple options for job list sorting to support the different ways your terminal prioritises work. Alternatively, Kaleris offers a general
cargo TOS to manage multi-cargo terminal operations including containers, bulk, breakbulk and project cargo – and a turnkey cost-efficient TOS for container terminals.

strategic partnerships. “That’s why simulation- based training is gaining momentum across Latin America, where growing trade volumes and evolving labour demands are reshaping port operations. “We are excited to bring CM Labs simulation
training technology to TOC Americas for the first time, and show how CM Labs helps terminals train faster, safer and smarter, without taking a single crane offline.” The Intellia training system connects
simulators, equipment training packs and training management tools into a scalable, digitalised ecosystem. Attendees will be able to see this system in action, including the Intellia remotely operated rubber-tyred gantry crane training system (ROS RTG). This combines the Intellia remotely operated rubber-tyred gantry crane training pack with a remote operating station, offering a new level of realism. It includes guided, skill-building exercises that can be customised to support safe and effective operator training. CM Labs will also reveal an updated Intellia STS training pack, with additional features enabling trainers to quickly review exercises using instant record and replay. It also includes a new skill-building exercise focused on improving accuracy and movement speeds, as well as new enhancements to the exercise builder feature, which allows trainers to build custom scenarios more easily. The company is also promising visitors the opportunity to try new, soon-to-be- announced solutions.
Kaleris – H18 On the Kaleris booth, you will find its Navis TOS product experts who can help you learn more about optimising terminal operations. Navis connects ports, terminals, distribution centres and partners under one platform. It

Ram Spreaders – A18 RAM Spreaders has been manufacturing crane attachments for more than 50 years. At TOC Americas it will be showcasing its marine range including spreaders for STS and mobile harbour cranes, as well as its tandem headblock system and spreaders for containerised bulk handling. The RAM ‘SingFlex’ Tandem Headblock enables the use of two spreaders under one single hoist crane. This means the crane can handle four 20ft or two 40/45ft containers in one cycle. Designed for single-hoist cranes, all functions of the headblock are electro- hydraulically operated and controlled from the crane operator’s cabin. For automated handling, RAM’s PinSmart offers ports a fully automated twistlock handling machines. Combining robotic technology and intelligent systems, PinSmart can handle all types of twistlocks due to its intelligent end-effector system. Featuring industry-leading hi-torque flippers
and robust construction, its STS range covers single lift and separating twin lift, as well as hydraulic and all-electric.
Taylor International – E12 Taylor International provides new and pre- owned lift trucks and container handlers engineered for durability and performance. The company has a strong presence in Latin America through its own team and several regional dealers. It has offices in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia and Panama, as well as distributors in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Trinidad and Tobago. Taylor offers cushion tyre forklifts with capacities from 4,000lbs to 60,000lbs, and forklifts with pneumatic tyres from 4,000lbs up to 125,000lbs. It also manufactures container handlers up to 12,000lbs and electric lifts up to 100,000lbs.
Combilift – A26 Combilift specialises in custom space-saving material handling solutions. The Irish company has just achieved yet another milestone, with 100,000 trucks now in operation across 85 countries.
Its wide array of products includes
multidirectional, sideloading and articulated forklifts, compact stackers, straddle carriers and mobile gantries, with lifting capacities ranging from 1t to over 150t. These machines are well-known for their robust design and long operational life, even in tough applications and varying weather conditions. Combilift’s equipment is designed to tackle the difficulties associated with lifting and moving varied and oversized loads within ports and terminals. Its machines also address challenges around space constraints, including limited areas for stacking and storing containers, moving around the port and terminal, and transporting goods from the shipside to the warehouse, especially in highly congested areas.
Among Combilift’s heavy lifting equipment is the Combi-SC (straddle carrier), capable of lifting and manoeuvring oversized loads as well as containers. A significant advantage of the Combi-SC is its much lighter unladen weight compared to other pieces of heavy- duty handling equipment. This enables operation on poor and semi-rough terrain, avoiding the need for costly investment in ground resurfacing or improvement. Further benefits are low fuel consumption, three- wheel manoeuvrability and excellent all-round operator visibility for models fitted with a driver’s cab. Additionally, the Combi-SC can also be remote-controlled operated. When it comes to handling smaller goods, ports usually rely on shunters to transport loads from the shipside to the warehouse.
The Combi-SC can be remotely operated.
