BVS CRANES CREATES LARGEST EVER TURKISH-MADE SHIPLOADER

VS Cranes is seeing continued success with its largest ever made Turkish Bulk Cargo Ship Loading Crane (Shiploader),
which has a 1500 tons/hour capacity. The crane can load iron ore, coal,
fertilizer, grain, soda ash or similar bulk solids to ships. Önder Topuz, sales and marketing
director, BVS Cranes, speaks about three Port Solutions; Shiploaders, Mobile Shiploaders and Dock Cranes, and explains how important Turkey’s geographical location is. Its Mobile Shiploader has a 300 ton/
hour loading capacity with rubber tyres at the front and pallets at the back giving port operators greater flexibility, while its 20 ton and 45/5 ton Dock Cranes are currently in use at a dry dock in North- Western Turkey and initially been used to serve an important order by the Navy. “Modern Turkey as a regional power and an industrialised country puts great emphasis on the development of maritime, port and shipbuilding sectors in recent decades, so does BVS Cranes, not only to meet local market requirements but to serve investments of international investors worldwide,” said Topuz. Topuz added 2021 sales figures
were outstanding compared to 2020 demonstrating a growth over 100%. BVS Cranes plans to boost its existence in
