Luceco lights the way for the pioneers of the future
Yorkshire’s history is steeped in the exploits of local inventors and pioneers, the Hydraulic Press, Cats Eyes, Stainless Steel, and the Bailey Bridge are among just a few inventions that have proud roots within Yorkshire. Luceco has recently supplied a complete lighting solution to Scarborough University Technical College, helping their students gain the skills and qualifications they need to succeed in engineering design.
LED Circular and 600 x 600 square LuxPanels were installed throughout the building serving various classroom applications. With no maintenance over its lifetime and over 50,000 hours of operational life, the IP65 Climate LED luminaire was used in Workshops, Plantrooms, and Storage areas. Linear Academy luminaires were installed in Circulation Open Learning Areas and Dining Rooms along with pendant luminaires from Luceco, a stylish finish for a contemporary learning environment.

• 1200mm, 1500mm & 1800mm body sizes, specifically designed to replace fluorescent luminaires, efficacy up to 142Llm/cW
• Surface and suspension mounting via metal fixing points
