The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on millions of people and saw the world in which we live change, with lasting effects. Self-isolation requests were demanded, the flexibility of working from home became more important than ever for countless people, there was more awareness about how much pressure we put ourselves under before the pandemic, and for many people, there was an increased desire to take better care of mental health. Everyone has the right to practice self- care and allow themselves time to recover from illnesses and diseases. However, many

of us find it challenging to take the time to acknowledge our needs when we are not feeling well because of external factors that we face with within our everyday lives.
