Fifteen years after Katrina, New Orleans once again offers visitors the unique blend of history, music, cuisine, and culture that makes it one of the world’s destination cities. So when HAI HELI-EXPO 2021 lands there Mar. 22–25 (exhibits open Mar. 23–25), attendees can look forward to their time in the Big Easy. “New Orleans is a great location for our conference,” says HAI President and CEO James Viola. “The city is walkable, right on the Mississippi, and world famous for its food and music. Of course, we’re right next to the Gulf, and so this is a town that knows and loves our industry too.” HAI and the City of New Orleans are working together to provide a safe environment for Expo attendees. The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, the site of HAI HELI-EXPO 2021, is one of the first centers in the United States to achieve the GBAC STAR™ accreditation. This certifies that the center achieves the highest standards of cleaning and has a staff that is trained to keep it that way. Hosting thousands of aviation professionals, hundreds of exhibitors, and dozens of aircraft, HAI HELI-EXPO 2021 will be the same mix of networking, career development, and trade show opportunities that you’ve come to expect—set in the extraordinary, resilient, historic Crescent City.
