MAKING I.T. wORK IN A TAXI/cAb cOMpANY
Most owner-managers of SME taxi/cab businesses are faced with increasing regulatory burdens,
local authority red-tape, higher costs and recruitment headaches. They work long hours running the day-to-day business, keeping customers happy, trying to find good drivers and remaining profitable so that it's all worthwhile for themselves and their families. One of the key success factors is having an IT system that can automate the grinding tasks that many taxi/cab operators and drivers alike have to contend with.
