Pascal A/S has announced the appointment of Mads Hother Høpfner as Account Manager. The appointment is in direct re- sponse to the continuing grow- ing rate of expansion at the Co- penhagen based company. Høpfner brings six years of sales, marketing and purchase experience in the surface tech- nology industry to his new posi- tion at Pascal. PHABRIX has appointed Prin Boon as the company's prod- uct manager, responsible for the full portfolio of test and measurement systems. In his new role, he will oversee mar- ket analysis and assessment of customer requirements; prod- uct positioning and roadmap development; and strengthen- ing of technology partnerships. "I've known Prin for many years, and he brings a deep understanding of broadcast technology and applications to PHABRIX," said Phillip Adams, managing director at PHABRIX. "He also has a track record of strong project management and engineering leadership." Boon joins PHABRIX having most recently served as director and systems architect at Dolby Europe Limited. Earlier, Prin was director of engineering and support for broadcast systems and e-media at Dolby Labora- tories. Dave Burland, current chief operating officer and executive vice president of finance, will assume the role of president, and Harmon will remain active with Utah Scien- tific as chairman of the board. The changeover will be effec- tive Jan. 1, 2018.
