ISE is invariably busy for Hol- ger Graeff, General Manag- er, Vivitek EMEA, but 2018 will be even busier as Vivitek joins forces with Delta Dis- play Solutions to present the widest range of AV solutions, from projectors and control room displays to collabora- tion and digital signage solu- tions. The combined brands will be demonstrating a full selection of visual solutions including standard and large venue projectors, to wireless collaboration and digital sig- nage solutions.

engineered for environments ranging from meeting and collaboration rooms, to larger venues, control rooms, and even entertainment facilities. The Vivitek and Delta Display Solutions stand (Hall 5 R60) is set to be more than double the size of last year’s, further amplifying the Achieve More Together sentiment. ISE 2018 will play host to the first public unveiling of a new product; the Delta Displays FE Series with the 1.26 mm Fine Pitch Indoor LED Wall Solu- tion. Offering a wide variety of pitch sizes from 1.26 mm to 2.5 mm, the FE series is de- signed to suit all indoor LED project
requirements. Rug- ged and robust, the LED wall
solutions are designed to excel in high ambient light environ- ments, capturing audiences’ attention and providing an un- forgettable viewing experience. Delta Displays offers pre-set configurations in different siz- es based on the pixel size in Full-HD and UHD resolution, complete with frame and con- troller to simplify the selection for the end customer and help them achieve the result they are aiming for in their display needs.
Visitors to the combined Vi- vitek - Delta stand can also view and experience the per- formance of Delta’s video wall cubes in UHD 4K resolution and laser-phosphor technol- ogy designed for demanding control rooms. Delta’s long experience in video wall tech- nologies, ensure reliability and durability in many 24/7 appli- cations, and can be depended on to bring control to even the most challenging of events or environments.
At ISE 2018, Vivitek will show off its new and brightest sin- gle-chip DLP laser projector: the DU9800Z. The solid-state illumination projector offers 18,000 ANSI Lumens with a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution that is said to deliv- er an impeccable standard of colour and detail. With 20,000 hours of laser light operation,
Coming soon: AV News’ ISE 2018 Show Guide
To help you make the most of ISE, AV News will provide an exhibitor-by-exhibitor guide to our selection of the Show’s most interesting exhibits. The AV News Guide to ISE 2018 will be published in digital format in mid-2018 and in up- dated and selective form, ‘ISE 2018 Unmissable Exhibits’, in the February 2018 print and digital issue, published to co- incide with the opening of the show. Both editions can be downloaded to your mobile de- vice as your guide to the Show.
this projector far exceeds the aver- age lamp based projector and provides great value for mon- ey. Traditionally, 3-chip DLP pro- jectors are used to reach such a high level of brightness, but Vivitek’s flagship
projector delivers an impres- sive 18,000 ANSI lumen res- olution with 1-chip DLP tech- nology, using laser-phosphor illumination to provide colour accuracy and durability. While

range of products to existing channel partners, Graeff ex- plains that control rooms and specialist

solutions, such as for new special-
ist partners to join the party. While the conjoining of the two brand’s product portfoli- os allows partners to offer the right solution to the customer, Graeff currently harbours no ambitions for the combined brand to become a “one stop shop,” adding that growth in the diversity of the portfolio is: “Simply organic growth in line with customer demand”. Graeff believes that there will
Vivitek be very limited opportunity
for him to step away from the Vivitek / Delta booth. He says that this is regrettable because networking is an important part of his role. He also has a per- sonal interest in the technology of the meeting room and col- laboration. Vivitek will show its flagship new flagship NovoEn- terprise with LauncherPlus and Graeff is interested in how the industry id tackling the ease-of-use issue. Also, being shown, is Vivitek’s NovoDS4K UltraHD Digital Signage solu- tion. The NovoDS4K helps us- ers easily create and display 4K digital signage content through easy-to-use software features, with no need for programming skills or special training. While Greeff’s
conclusion is that
ISE 2018 is unlikely to see ground-breaking innovations, there will be much to see in terms of making solutions eas- ier to adopt.
