David Kyle Colbert, 47, of


Shepherdstown, WV passed away at his home on January 2nd, 2023. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, coach, and friend to so many. David was a law enforcement officer, a Speech-Language Pathologist and a person who stutters. He was devoted to making his community a better place. Memorial gifts made to the Stuttering Foundation in David's name were received from:
