LEAD RENOVATION, REPAIR, AND PAINTING EPA rules apply to contractors who renovate or repair housing, child-care facilities, or schools built before 1978. Trained contractors and workers must follow lead-safe work practice standards to reduce potential exposure to dangerous levels of lead during renovation and repair work. GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SAFETY Learn safety and health principles to help you meet OSHA requirements. Upon completion of the General Construction Safety course you will be able to identify OSHA regulatory requirements for construction sites and work knowledgeably within OSHA's construction standards. Special emphasis is placed on areas in construction that most commonly result in worker injury or property damage. Students will receive a 10-hour OSHA Construction completion card. $299
