Jan 25-Mar 15 Th 6 pm-9 pm PERSONAL TRAINER  PERSONAL TRAINER CERTIFICATION


This six-week education program covers both textbook knowledge and hands-on practical training preparing you to work with clients one-on-one in fitness facilities. Students participate in lectures including biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing, equipment usage, and nutrition. Reading and studying outside of class are imperative for successful class completion and passing the exam. Prior to obtaining the Personal Trainer certification, students must pass the national exam given the last week of class. Students are also required to become Adult CPR/AED certified.
