ORGANISATIONAL READINESS By Sami Hedhli, ETF Associate

By the time this article is published, we will have just launched the final strand in the T Level Professional Development offer – Organisational Readiness. This support is split into three workstreams aimed at middle managers, governors, trustees and governance professionals to enable them as agents and leaders of change. Each workstream is made up of a number of

resources, events and online modules which will be available on both a pre-planned and on-demand basis to make it as simple as possible for leaders to engage in busy periods. The CPD designed for middle managers

takes the form of four e-learning sessions, webinars, national training events and bespoke in-house training. Modules covered in face-to- face workshops include leading and managing organisational change, partnership working, and monitoring and evaluating success. E-learning topics include understanding

your role as an agent of change, working with colleagues to implement change, and leading through uncertainty. Professional development and change-project action plans will be produced as part of this workstream. A mentoring scheme can be accessed following the completion of the fourth e-learning session and attendance at a national training or in-house event. Through the development plans produced in the previous workstream, the scheme is designed to support managers to think and act strategically, resulting in teams empowered to enable change, and improve collaboration and networks. Mentors are experienced in leading change within the education sector, are knowledgeable about T Levels, and will enable managers to prioritise the changes they have identified within their areas of responsibility. The CPD for Governance comprises a series of nine regional events featuring a comprehensive introduction to T Levels and their potential impact on financial management, strategic planning and workforce development, and the opportunity to network with governors and board members from a range of providers. The events are supported by online module content which can be completed as required at individual discretion. Full details of the offer can be found on this website, including dates of sessions and links to book events: www.etfoundation.co.uk/ tlevel-org
