MWHA is an all-breed organization offering English & Western Pleasure, Ranch and Speed classes for all levels including Hunter Hack and Green Horse Ranch classes as well as a Jumper Schooling Show. Beginners and new members are always welcome, though you don’t have to be a member to compete. Spectators are welcome, free parking, free admission. All of our shows take place at the Howard County Fairgrounds, West Friendship, MD.
Our judges are usually carded with associations such as the AQHA, ApHC, APHA and others, though sometimes we will use regional judges. We also participate in ApHC ACAAP & APHA PAC, and JC TIP PERFORMANCE. In 2020 we began partnering with the East Coast Ranch Horse Association to co-point shows.
