Help Sparky unleash his inner Seabiscuit by attending the MSA Young Rider Racing Clinic. Riders will learn everything they need to know - chase racing. Open to ALL breeds, skill levels, and disciplines. Mounts attending this clinic will be evaluated to determine eligibility for the 2018 racing season in Maryland.
