In December, the M-NCPPC informed the Potomac Horse Center that it needs to vacate and relocate the Main Barn and arena operations to else- where on the property, while they decide what to do about the repairs and recommenda- tions noted for the Main Barn in a recent engineering report they received on November 22, 2023. Although moving the operation will be survivable in the very short term under these limiting conditions, and PHC will go for- ward with business as usual as much as possible, it is unclear if it’s survivable beyond that.
