Headquartered in Portland, Ore., Radiant Senior Living announced the acquisition of The Renaissance, an assisted living and mem- ory care community in Coeur d’Alene, Ida- ho. In August 2018, the company will begin an expansion of the community, bringing the total unit size to 80 residences. It is scheduled for completion in February 2019.
Solvere Senior Living, based in Princeton, N.J., announced that it will manage Villages of Windcrest, an assisted living and memory care community slated to open in Novem- ber 2018 in Fredericksburg, Texas. The community will off er 60 assisted living and 24 memory care residences.
Headquartered in Vero Beach, Fla., Water- crest Senior Living announced the develop- ment of Watercrest Winter Park Assisted Liv- ing and Memory Care, a community slated to open in late 2019 in Winter Park, Fla. The community will off er 107 residences including 75 for assisted living and 32 for memory care.
Tucson, Ariz.-based Watermark Retirement Communities opened The Watermark at Vistawilla, an assisted living and memory care community located in Winter Springs, Fla. The community off ers 87 residences, including 21 for memory care.

Before joining American House in 2016, Taylor served as regional director of sales for Legend Senior Living. more than 30 years of experience in the se- nior living and human resources fields. Commonwealth was also awarded second place for the “Best Human-Interest Series” by the Virginia Broadcast Association for their Legacies Project. Commonwealth partnered with the University of Virginia’s WTJU radio station in November 2017 to help share resident stories as part of the University’s bicentennial celebration. The company received their award at the 81st Annual Virginia Broadcast Association Awards Ceremony in June.
Harbor Retirement Associates announced that its new HarborChase of the Park Cities community in Dallas, Texas, received a PCBC 2018 Gold Nugget Award of Merit, recognizing service enrichment at the com- munity. The company also an- nounced the promotion of Matt Calfee to resident care director at The Pointe at Lifes- pring Senior Living, located in Knoxville, Tenn. Calfee joined the community last year and has 15 years of health care expe- rience, including working as an EMT for the Knox County Sheriff ’s Offi ce. Addi- tionally, Kristy Brown was named resident care director at Travanse Living at Olathe, an assisted living and memory care com- munity in Olathe, Kan.
