American House Senior Living Communi- ties, based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has assumed management of Autumn Leaves of Orland Park, located in Orland Park, Ill., ef- fective June 1, 2018. The community, which features 44 memory care residences, will be renamed American House Orland Park.
Five Star Senior Living, based in Newton, Mass., announced the completion of a ren- ovation at The Forum at Knightsbridge in Columbus, Ohio. The project included the addition of a Rehab to Home short-term rehabilitation unit. With the addition, the community now offers a full spectrum of care to residents.
Harbor Retirement Associates, headquar- tered in Vero Beach, Fla., completed a renovation of HarborChase of Tamarac and HarborChase of Coral Springs. Both commu- nities received a new bistro, a new health and wellness center, a virtual bowling alley, and updated common spaces.
Carlsbad, Calif.-based Integral Senior Living has been named the management compa- ny for Savanna House Assisted Living and Memory Care, located in Gilbert, Ariz. The community features 74 assisted living and 42 memory care residences.

MBK Senior Living, headquartered in Irvine, Calif., acquired a portfolio of nine senior housing communities across California, Washington, and Arizona, totaling 1,200 residences. The company plans to continue capital improvements to the portfolio, which are already underway.
