THE NEW FACE OF EFX AT ADMISI
Our multifaceted team has an incredible understanding and knowledge of the FX markets. Whilst we are a small team of four, together we have 82 years combined FX experience! Myself & Peter joined the desk 18 months ago from Sucden Financial to grow ADMISI’s presence in the eFX space.
Since joining we have focussed on strengthening our product. One of the key components of this is our liquidity. ADM is in a unique position versus its peers, we have the strength of a significant balance sheet, together with the support of our parent company which has enabled us to develop meaningful relationships with numerous counterparties. Our liquidity stack now consists of tier one banks, regional specialists and a select number of non-banks resulting in ADM producing best-in-class liquidity that can compete in this competitive space.
Another key component is to provide access to FX markets, which is ultimately the foundation of our product: so it made sense for us deploy a new trading platform and we selected our trusted partner- Integral Development Corp, to deliver connectivity to over 20 platforms, aggregators, bridge providers and venues. Integral has a proven track record in our space, servicing the broker world for many years.

As Head of eFX Business Development much of my time over the last 18 months been focussing on technology. Innovative, robust and relevant products have always been at the core of our business development plans with an emphasis on risk management, STP automation and real time processing. Together with the ADM IT team and our external vendor partners we have invested heavily in the development and integration of our existing products such as our middleware platform - Elysium Technology a comprehensive platform designed to streamline post-trade workflows. Our client portal – Nexus, which combined with Integral and the use of APIs, now give clients and internal desks real time monitoring of positions and cash utilisation using APIs to automate the notification of cash movements, trades and positions.
Despite the proliferation of technology in financial markets, there remains a steadfast requirement to provide a human touch – with the help of Phil Wilson, our eFX Account Executive, we continue to make customer service at the heart of everything we do. By regularly measuring and tracking customer satisfaction, we can make informed decisions around improving processes to increase the overall quality of our customer service and execution of support.
