An ASSET checklist and an equipment location diagram should be completed for each assigned aircraft.

Instructions


The crewmember shall locate each item indicated on the ASSET™ Checklist and demonstrate or describe use and procedures. In addition, the Evaluator shall require the crewmember to demonstrate the operation of selected items (e.g. emergency exits). The Evaluator will mark in the "check" box an S for satisfactory, U for unsatisfactory, or N/A if not applicable to the specific aircraft type and model or crew position. Remedial assignments for unsatisfactory checked items are to be noted in the Corrective Action Section and the form signed and retained by both parties.
