The largest one-day fundraising event in the world, the TCS London Marathon is now in its 42nd year, with the next event due to be held on 2 October. The ballot for individual entries
has already closed, but if your PTA is a UK-registered charity, it’s eligible to enter the TCS London Marathon Charity Ballot. From charities that enter, 500
will be selected at random and awarded one entry each. The charity can then choose a runner
to take part in the marathon in support of their cause. To enter, you’ll need to
complete an online application form and you’ll then receive an email with the outcome of your ballot entry. Charities can only apply once, and the cost of entry is £370 +VAT. Register your interest at
tcslondonmarathon.com/ charity-info/charity-ballot and you will be prompted to enter when the ballot goes live.
