      sure you know the landmarks and history of your locale. One of those things I always try to do is look into where I might want to take visi- tors from out of town, and then be sure that I have been there myself.

Besides learning more about ourselves and the world around us, these adventures give us something to do without a long drive. Tey of- fer new and interesting things for our kids dur- ing the summer AND … they are air-condi-  summer days.


If you have not been to these local spots, check them out and add some to your summer cal- endar.
