aventry-based Rambaldini Welding Services (RWS) was established in 2016 by Jake

Rambaldini while working alongside Pearsall Training & Consultancy, a business that had provided professional welder training services for over 20 years. Today, the company continues to provide all types of welder training and qualification services with a unique, professional and personal approach. Jake Rambaldini says: “We provide

fast-track training for all levels of welders, including self-employed, small businesses, national companies and international enterprises. We pride ourselves on our high quality training services, from initial enquiry through to qualification. Whatever you are looking for with your welding training, we are able to accommodate your needs. “Our high level of expertise and

experience in the industry allows us to provide you with a professional, tailored service to meet your needs and requirements. We provide both practical training and technical Job Knowledge which form part of an industry recognised welder qualification.” RWS covers all manual, semi-automated

welder on site as well as an instructor in the training school where my apprenticeship had begun,” recalls Jake Rambaldini. “In 2011, my skills were recognised

and put to the test in the international skills competition, WorldSkills. During the competition I competed against 35 other countries, and I managed to be place third in the world, achieving the UK’s first ever medal in welding. “Since the competition I have gone on to

follow my passion of training apprentices and experienced welders. I hope to continue my work to further the skills of

welders who also have the opportunity to represent their country and themselves in national and international competitions. In 2020, I was privileged enough to be appointed the Welding Training Manager for WorldSkills that were held in Ohio in 2022.” RWS has all the necessary equipment to

provide training at its customer's sites as well as training at the company's facilities in Northamptonshire. The business is also an official distributor of Bohler Welding Equipment and consumables, Pferd abrashives and other premium brands. www.rambaldiniwelding.com
