Helping doctors get the training they need
Built by clinicians that train learners, Bleep64 allows clinicians to practice with AI patients before they interact with real ones
Taiyyib Arshad is a medical student at King’s College London. His most valuable learning comes from making mistakes with simulated patients, before dealing with real ones. Yet in 2025, he only had four
simulation sessions, because simulation still uses actors and plastic dummies. More outrageous is that a single dummy costs an institution more than £80,000. Talvin Ramnah, previously
head of special projects at RevisionDojo (YC24), built him AI patients instead: diverse, realistic and available at 24/7 for a fraction of the cost.
Together, they founded Bleep64.
Clinical lead Dr Shreehari Suresh and founding engineer Lyubomir Ivanov subsequently joined the team. Nine months later, 12,000 virtual consultations have been completed by users at every UK medical school and more internationally. Te WHO warns of a global clinician
shortage. Nearly 100 new medical schools open every year to address this, yet training can’t scale with them. Bleep64 intends to change that.

Branded gifts are easy to hand over, and just as easy to forget. Te magic, argues Embosseur founder Ivana Bivolarova, happens when a guest is collaborating with the brand on the object, not just passively receiving it. Rather than presenting them with a
throwaway object, Embosseur brings engraving, foiling and other forms of live personalisation into the event itself. Guests choose a name, phrase or detail and watch it being applied in real time. What starts as a piece of ordinary merchandise becomes something they craft themselves. Having worked with brands
including Bloomberg, Netflix and Net- A-Porter, Bivolarova has seen how the process becomes as important as the product. “In a world of increasing automation, it’s enticing to watch something physically take shape, and have a hand in its creation. Te piece leaves the event with the person who helped make it.”

Google used to be the whole game. Rank on page one and buyers found you. Miss it and you were invisible. That version of search now describes one channel out of many
Watch how someone researches a purchase this year. Some ask ChatGPT which suppliers to shortlist. Or they might search YouTube for a walkthrough before booking a demo. Tey may read an AI summary instead of clicking through to anyone’s website, then come across a brand in a LinkedIn thread three days later. Google still plays a part in all of that, but it no longer owns the journey. Search
keeps getting more
conversational and more scattered. A brand’s customers don’t care whether the answer arrives from Google, ChatGPT, YouTube or a platform that launches next spring. Tey want the right answer at the moment they need it. Te businesses that come out
ahead will stop asking where they rank and start asking where their customers are looking, and whether

they show up there. Brainz Digital helps clients answer that question, then turn the answer into revenue. Search now happens everywhere
your buyers are browsing, and the brands that plan for that will own the next few years. Te team at Brainz Digital call
this mSEO, or multi-search engine optimisation, and it rewrites what visibility means for your business. Ranking first for your best keyword counts for less when an AI assistant hands your prospect three competitors and never says your name. Brainz Digital built its own AI tools
around that gap. It shows clients where buyers meet their brand across generative platforms, and where they get left out of the answer entirely. Set that against the SEO and content work Brainz Digital has already run for those clients and the whole picture comes into view at once. Your business needs to be visible
across Google, Gemini, ChatGPT, Bing, Claude, Google Maps, YouTube and so many more. If your business isn’t there yet on these platforms, your competitors are probably winning.
