At Explore Worldwide, we’re huge fans of Briti sh legend, Sir David Att enborough, and we’ve loved watching him fi nd the best of the wonderful wildlife on this island recently. In the past, lots of us have been inspired by him visit parti cular places, so having researched all the places he’d fi lmed, we thought it would be fun to create a litt le tool that allows us to compare our own travels to Sir David’s. Last week, we gave early access to the tool to staff and customers, and it’s since had more than 3,500 uses. We’ve found out that the average Explore employee is 45% David Att enborough – here are a few of them:

Born and raised in Switzerland, she’s since visited 36 countries – her favourite of which has been Indonesia. Next on her list is the two-week Botswana Wildlife Safari.
James Adkin, Programme Manager for Asia, is responsible for designing our small group cultural, walking and cycling tours in the region. He’s also the mastermind behind our
UK and cycling programmes. James is 76% David Att enborough having travelled to 62 countries. He’s recently returned from Japan, but Spain conti nues to hold on to fi rst place in his heart, for its food, landscapes and culture. On his bucketlist? It has to be Antarcti ca and South Georgia.
Our Digital Marketi ng Executi ve, Amy Fiske, is 17% David Att enborough. Having completed the game she jumped straight on a fl ight to Tokyo and joined the Simply Japan tour, already ti cking off her next country.
We’ve discovered that the average Explore customer is 37% David Att enborough, having visited 29 countries. Most visited countries? Apart from the United States, all 12 of the top-visited countries are in Europe. In direct contrast, the countries most- added to wishlists are somewhat farther fl ung:
