ASTA.org gets a major overhaul ASTA’s revamped digital storefront enhances the user experience and industry brand
Our digital storefront, ASTA.org, got a serious upgrade. Thanks to the commitment and investment from ASTA’s board of directors, we can lay important foundations that help us to modernize and enhance the user experience with our website. Members can ‘see’ the difference in
the new look and feel and ‘experience’ the difference in the ease of navigation to some of ASTA’s most popular resources. This upgrade launch begins the fi rst important step in a multi-phased plan to continue improvements.
Our new website was built with three
distinct audience profi les in mind. First, you, our members, and the travel professionals we represent. Second, we also want to attract new talent in our industry — that’s why we created the ‘new to industry’ persona as a key audience demographic. And fi nally, the consumer. We know how important it is to promote the value of the travel advisor, and that’s why we focus on creating content that captures the attention of today’s traveler.
Below you’ll fi nd some snapshots from the
prototype of our website, and we encourage you to visit the new ASTA.org to explore the changes that can’t be captured in prototype images. As with any new technology update, there
will always be room for improvement. We’ve made substantial resource investments to get us to this point, but the work continues! ASTA remains committed to making the user experience effortless. If you have questions or suggestions, please let us know via email at askasta@asta.org.
