For those eager to discover the region’s terroir, several experiences are available for lovers of both wine and gastronomy. Te Gourmet Escape takes visitors


through three unusual locations in Sierre, where five emblematic wines are paired with typically Valaisan specialities. Guided by a member of the local tourist office, guests stroll from one stop to another while dis- covering the stories behind the plac- es and the wines, enjoying convivial moments along the way. Between October and November, the experi- ence is sometimes extended with a brisolée royale, a traditional Valais autumn feast that’s centred around roasted chestnuts.


Te Wine Tasting Pass makes it


easy to explore the region’s wine her- itage: a single pass allows visitors to taste wines in 60 cellars across the region, offering a unique freedom to discover the area at their own pace. Te Wine and Raclette Tour, held
