Celebrity Cruises Appoints New UK and Ireland Sales Director


Dublin to Nashville – Travel Trade Celebrate Aer Lingus Route Launch!


IN celebration of Aer Lingus’ new direct service from Dublin to Nashville, Aer Lingus, Tennessee Tourism and Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp hosted an evening


of southern hospitality and


entertainment ahead of the route’s launch. The new route will operate four weekly


flights on Aer Lingus’ new state-of-the-art Airbus A321XLR aircraft, connecting Ireland to one of the fastest-growing cities in the US, renowned as “Music City” for its deep-rooted musical heritage. Hosted in Whelan’s in Dublin, attendees


were treated to authentic American cuisine, drink, and music from Grammy Award winner Jon Randall, and four-time Grammy Award nominee Jessi Alexander. Jon Randall, whose songs have been recorded by the likes of Brad Paisley, Alison Krauss and Blake Shelton and Jessi Alexander who wrote Miley Cyrus’ ‘The Climb’, and hit songs for other country artists such as Luke Combs, Megan Moroney, and Lainey Wilson.


On the evening, NI Travel News’ Danielle Anderson won two return flights to Nashville with Aer Lingus, a four-night stay at the Bobby Hotel, tickets to the Grand Ole Opry alongside an attraction which grants entry to a host of popular and much-loved Nashville attractions including a chance to experience a Mint Julep Tours and Activity. Travel Counsellors announces Sara Davies MBE as Growth and Entrepreneurship Partner


TRAVEL Counsellors has appointed entrepreneur and businesswoman Sara Davies MBE as the brand’s first Growth and Entrepreneurship Partner. This follows Claire Stirrup’s recent promotion to UK and EMEA Managing Director. Nicola McNeish, who has been with Celebrity Cruises for 11 years, expressed


her enthusiasm for the


new role. “I feel a huge sense of pride stepping into this position and helping Celebrity elevate the premium travel category,” McNeish stated. In her new capacity, she will report directly to Stirrup.
