Modtech began supplying IC


machines to various Indian companies in 2002. The company had a very small number of employees, but with the help of visionary leaders, it started making more machines under the EVOL 2010 research program. The machines supplied by various companies in the IC industry were far behind (in terms of design and technology) compared to machines manufactured in the plastic, pharmaceutical, textile and chemical industries. With the full research of two and half years, Modtech designed their first EVOL series of machines and that became an instant hit. Modtech gives high importance

Over a period of time, Modtech contributes to its research program by investing heavily in the initial period itself. Initially, they were manufacturing only 12T, 20T and 35T wax injection machines and through that, sold more than 1000 equipment and machines in more than 48 countries. With further improvement in design in the second phase, Modtech started making a higher range of machines i.e., 50T and above, and in no time Modtech sold 100T, 120T and 300T range of machines very successfully along with

ceramic injection machines. Customers in Europe were very happy with the product and encouraged Modtech to supply all the machines with many additional features like a Shuttle Table, Top – Bottom-Side Injection, Higher daylight, Slab Melters and machines with many security and safety features along with CE and UL certification. Modtech also supplied a robust ceramic injection machine and today, Modtech is the only company making a wide range of ceramic injection machines. Modtech was simultaneously designing and marketing automation products for FMCG, plastic and pharma industries and with the same technology, and know-how Modtech started making wax room automatic shelling lines which also became a very high demand product. Modtech sold more than 40 automated shelling solutions across the world. Modtech philosophy is to provide


technically advanced highly economical and affordable solutions. This was possible because of employees having multi-tasking skills and capabilities. At the same time, the Modtech design and production department is working with a highly professional slot system, which reduces the cost of design and production tremendously. Hence, customers started getting world-class products with the most affordable prices.
